JustOystersPHX Oyster 101 Class! Join in for a fun and educational night learning about the history and nutritional information about oysters. During the class, students will even learn how to safely shuck oysters and learn a recipe for a simple mignonette!

Ticket purchase includes a dozen fresh oysters, two glasses of non-alcoholic wine, an oyster knife, and an oyster towel for each attendee.
