Nensebo is a district located in the West Arsi zone of the Oromia region in Ethiopia. This coffee was processed at the Nensebo washing station, where the coffee was gathered from 700 local farmers. These small farms are an average of two hectares in size. The coffee cherries undergo a traditional natural process, drying for 15-21 days on raised beds.
