I've been exploring the notion of perfect imperfection and reduction of color in my artwork. The idea of using recycled textile and artisan materials, such as plaster, to create an intriguing piece allows me to draw the viewer closer to the artwork (almost wanting to touch it). "A Ripple in Light" collection consists of calm, yet playful three-dimensional pieces that change during the day as light and shadow transform them.
